RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Husky Plus for Kids. We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. Should you have a problem with your garment, please contact us at info@huskyplus4kids.com, giving your name, order number, and a detailed explanation of the defect. Where possible, please provide a digital photograph to help us process your query quickly. One of our Staff members will be happy to assist you. Please do not return any items unless instructed by us, when we will provide a shipping label.
Should you need to make a return for a new size or color or refund, please send the undamaged item in its original packaging together with the completed Return Form that came with the order, within 14 days of receipt to Husky Plus 4 Kids, Returns Department, 508 SW 14th Ct, Ft Lauderdale, FL33315-1431, USA.
A refund will be issued—using your original payment method—within 28 days. Please note that we will only refund shipping if an incorrect product was sent or the item is faulty. If you require a different color or size, you will need to place a new order online.
The returned goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to us. For your protection, we recommend insuring the goods you are returning. Please note that if you are returning from outside the USA, you must complete a customs declaration form indicating that the package contains “returned goods.” If your parcel is stopped at US customs and a charge is levied,it will be deducted from your refund.
